Olive and Surf isn’t a fast fashion brand—we’re a lifestyle brand offering timeless, staple pieces with a relaxed, beachy feel that you can wear season after season.
As a small independent business, we print in small batches, little and often, to keep things intentional and reduce waste. Everything is printed locally in Newquay, with a strong focus on quality and detail.
To help manage stock more sustainably, we now offer regular pre-order drops. Each drop has a set cut-off date—this means we only print what’s needed, so you get the colour, size, and style you really want, without excess or leftover stock.
Pre-orders are usually dispatched within 2–3 weeks of your order date.

returns & exchanges
We are confident that you will be happy with your Olive and Surf purchase(s), if you do change your mind or not 100% happy please return the goods in the same condition for a full refund within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is not to your satisfaction, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
