For those in the local area (Newquay) we offer the option to pick up your order directly. Simply select the ‘store pick up’ option at the checkout page.

Please note that we do hold limited stock, If an item is available, we will dispatch it within 3 to 4 days of placing your order.
Pre-orders
Being a small independent business we print in small batches, little and often, to ensure each peice is special and to minimise waste. All our products are printed locally here in Newquay, ensuring quality and attention to detail. When you place a pre-order with us, you can expect your items to be dispatched within 2-3 weeks from your date of your order. To ensure timely delivery, we kindly ask that you place your pre-order before our next deadline, which for June delivery is the 18th May. returns & exchanges
We are confident that you will be happy with your Olive and Surf purchase(s), if you do change your mind or not 100% happy please return the goods in the same condition for a full refund within 14 days.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order once received and contact us immediately if the item is not to your satisfaction, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
